On March 7, the seventh meeting of the State Border Demarcation and Border Security Committee between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Committee for the Demarcation of the State Border between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia was held at the border of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, under the chairmanship of Mustafaev.
The parties exchanged ideas on border demarcation issues. They started agreeing on the draft regulation on the joint activities of the Commission for the Demarcation and Border Security of the State Border between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Commission for the Demarcation of the State Border between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia, as well as discussed the implementation of border demarcation works—the drafts of the relevant guidelines on the procedure.
The parties have agreed to finish coordinating the draft regulation on the joint activity of the commissions as soon as possible.
The parties also agreed to set the date and place of the next commission meeting in the working order.
