"There was no precondition on the part of Armenia to meet." Rubinyan to Kilic (VIDEO)

Serdar Kilic, a special envoy of Turkey and representative in the Armenian-Turkish settlement negotiations, stated that some events in Armenia undermined the implementation of the Armenian-Turkish agreements.

"I have invited Ruben to Ankara; I am ready to come to Yerevan for negotiations. We have to meet to find solutions, but we haven't been able to meet for more than a year," he said during the Antalya Diplomatic Forum.

Ruben Rubinyan responded to Kilic. "There were no preconditions for a meeting between Armenia and me personally. We met last time in Tehran.

However, the most critical aspect of such sensitive processes is the implementation of already established agreements."
