"The USA strongly supports Armenia's sovereignty and territorial integrity. We emphasized that any disruption of that sovereignty and territorial integrity will have serious consequences," the US State Department said in response to Radar Armenia's inquiry.
Radar Armenia wondered if there was a threat of a hot conflict and how the US would react if Azerbaijan carried out military aggression against Armenia.
According to the US Department of Foreign Affairs, they constantly emphasize "expectations that the use of force is unacceptable, and are closely monitoring the situation."
"Armenia is a close partner and friend. We are working with the RA authorities to strengthen the political and economic security of Armenia," said the State Department's response.
