Serdar Kilic, the representative of the Armenian-Turkish settlement talks, suggested Ruben Rubinyan meet in Yerevan next week.
"I suggest to Ruben that we meet in Yerevan next week and make that event historic," Serdar Kilic said during the Antalya Diplomatic Forum.
Responding to him, Ruben Rubinyan said, "Let's meet later today and discuss that proposal. We will discuss where to meet and when to meet."
