The second round of negotiations between Armenian and Azerbaijani Foreign Ministers Ararat Mirzoyan and Jeyhun Bayramov started in Berlin.
"According to what we announced in advance, the second day of negotiations between the delegations led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, has started in Berlin.
"Discussions are continuing on issues of the normalization process of Armenia-Azerbaijan relations," the RA Foreign Ministry informs.
The Foreign Ministers of the two countries held a meeting in an extended format yesterday, after which the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Germany also took place.
