The Prime Minister answered why Germany was chosen as the place for the meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan explained why the meeting between Armenia and Azerbaijan's foreign ministers was held in Germany. According to the Prime Minister, Germany had signed three essential principles:
• Recognizing the territorial integrity of Armenia and Azerbaijan based on the Alma Ata Declaration,
• The demarcation and demarcation process should be based on the Alma Ata Declaration.
• Communications should be under the sovereignty and jurisdiction of transit countries and operate on the principles of equality and reciprocity.
Nikol Pashinyan stated that if any mediator tried to take the negotiation process out of this framework, it would be unacceptable for Armenia.
