"We performed our functions legally." The Minister of Internal Affairs about the arrest of the wanted Azerbaijani

Minister of Internal Affairs Vahe Ghazaryan referred to the arrest and then release of Kyamil Zeynalli, an Azerbaijani wanted by Armenia; "We performed our functions legally. They did a survey, and we answered the survey," said the minister, stressing that Armenia answered it without delay. "We received the request on the same day; we responded on the same day." The minister refused to give a political assessment. "I cannot say whether it is political or not."
Let's remember: the Azerbaijani are wanted for military crimes against humanity, recruitment of mercenaries, sabotage, etc. Zeinalli was one of those who beheaded an elderly Armenian man during the 44-day war.
