"Moving from meetings and discussions to practical actions is necessary." Kostanyan
Armenia's Deputy Foreign Minister, Vahan Kostanyan, announced that discussions are underway between the delegations led by the ministers regarding the meeting on the text of the peace treaty. Still, a decision has yet to be made.
Referring to the circumstances hindering the peace process, Kostanyan said: "I cannot assess what is preventing the Azerbaijani side, but I can confirm once again that the Armenian side is interested and remains ready to regulate relations with Azerbaijan."
When asked if the Azerbaijani side was interested, he said: "The fact that the meeting took place in Munich can be considered positive. But we need to move from meetings and discussions to more practical actions. The agreements reached in the last 2-3 years on three principles will be documented."
