If it seems to the environment that we are getting stronger, let's destroy the world; who will let us get stronger?

From the point of view of international law, we must base our policy on the foundation of legitimacy to have a chance to strengthen, RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated in Munich.
"If it seems to the environment that we are getting stronger to destroy the world, who will let us get stronger?" said the Prime Minister.
Regarding relations with Iran, Pashinyan noted that they are deep, and Armenia is dedicated to those relations.
"But this is also the case because it is not simple. Our good relations with Iran cause tensions in some places; our good relations in other places cause tensions in Iran," said Pashinyan.
