We must try to implement our projects related to capital construction with maximum quality and ensure great performance, which is higher than our average annual statistics. Here, I would like to draw special attention to several programs. The renovation program must be continued, and the 16 million drams program for housing construction in the border villages must be promoted because that program is an opportunity for us to move economic activity to the marzes more because its effect is very significant. I want to draw our attention to health insurance because it was obvious to me when we decided that there would be a huge investment in health care; it couldn't be any other way.
