New personnel changes have taken place in the Armed Forces.
By presidential decree, Karen Grigoryan was appointed deputy head of the Armed Forces General Staff, removing him from the post of head of the engineering troops of the Republic of Armenia.
Vigen Mkrtchyan was appointed the head of the communication and automated management systems department of the communication troops of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
