RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan stated that new borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan should not be created. Still, the maps of the last period of the USSR should be re-established, which should be the basis for the demarcation of the border between the two countries.
"The unblocking of communications in the region should take place under the sovereignty and legislation of the countries, with the principles of reciprocity and equality," he said.
