"Yes, lawsuits against Azerbaijan are being prepared." Tsovinar Vardanyan

NA KP faction deputy Tsovinar Vardanyan referred to Armenia's membership in the International Criminal Court and the possibility of filing lawsuits against the leadership of Azerbaijan within its framework.
"Yes, lawsuits are being prepared against Azerbaijan, about which the Minister of Justice also spoke," he said.
Responding to whether to bring Aliyev to justice, KP faction secretary Artur Hovhannisyan said: "Armenia has set itself the goal of taking steps for all committed crimes. As a result, which entity will be held responsible is a legal question; that is, the goal is not formulated against any person or entity; the goal is to punish crimes. This is our political goal."
