RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated Irakli Kobakhidze in Georgia for his appointment as Minister of Georgia.
"We hope to strengthen further the strategic partnership based on the age-old friendship of our peoples, common values, and democratic ideals," Pashinyan wrote on his X microblog.
