Mirzoyan and Borel will discuss the ambitious agenda of the EU-Armenia partnership

The CE press service reported that on February 13, the fifth session of the EU-Armenia Partnership Council will be held in Brussels. It will be dedicated to bilateral relations and political issues.

The parties will exchange ideas on the EU-Armenia comprehensive and enhanced partnership agreement, the EU-Armenia partnership priorities, and the possibility of moving towards a more ambitious EU-Armenia partnership agenda.

"Political dialogue and reforms, democracy, the rule of law and human rights, economic, trade, and sectoral cooperation, as well as migration, mobility, and prospects for starting a visa liberalization dialogue, will be discussed.

The participants will then exchange views on political issues, including regional issues and foreign and security policy.

The Partnership Council will be chaired by the High Commissioner for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell. The Armenian delegation will be headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan," said the message issued by the Council of Ministers.
