What does it mean to lose contact with history? What is written in our Constitution today that maintains contact with our history? What does contact with history mean? RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan responded to the question of Sergey Bagratyan, deputy of the CP faction of the National Assembly, about the concerns about the new Constitution.
"I think more that we should have a constitution that does not lose touch with our future. This is a more important issue, in our opinion. They don't ask this question," said the Prime Minister.
