Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated Anthony Albanese, Prime Minister of the Union of Australia, on the occasion of the national holiday. The message states:
"On behalf of the Government of Armenia and myself, I warmly congratulate you on Australia Day, wishing the friendly people of Australia peace and new achievements.
Armenia attaches great importance to developing friendly relations with Australia in all areas of mutual interest. I am convinced that mutual sympathy and dedication to democratic values between our peoples are the best basis for deepening and strengthening Armenian-Australian interstate relations.
I reaffirm my readiness to raise the bilateral relations of our states to a new qualitative level with joint efforts with you."
