The press secretary of the Minister of Economy, Vahan Kerobyan, announced that the Masdar company of the United Arab Emirates will establish a new solar plant in Armenia.
"The Masdar company of the United Arab Emirates will establish a new solar plant in Armenia. Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan, with the active participation of UAE Ambassador Nariman Al-Mulla, reached a preliminary agreement with Masdar representative Muhammad Al Shehhi.
It is helpful to know that in 2023, the UAE will become Armenia's 1st source for foreign investments and 2nd most significant trade partner, with a turnover of around 2.8 billion," said Astghik Sargsyan on his Facebook page.
