"It is difficult to withdraw the signature from something that, by and large, does not work. Or what is it about that 2 out of 3 signatories have violated the statement on several points?" said Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan while discussing the possibility of withdrawing Armenia's signature from the November 9, 2020 statement.
He emphasized that Armenia has always been faithful to its obligations. "It is loyal even today, but the other two parties did not act like that. The evidence is more than visible and tangible, including in the part of the NK and Lachin Corridor."
He emphasized that Armenia has not undertaken any obligations towards creating any corridor, neither in point 9 of the tripartite declaration of November 2020 nor in the trilateral declaration of January 2021.
