The Prime Minister highlighted the decision of the Belgian government to open an embassy in Armenia

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Belgium to Armenia, Eric de Muynk.

The Prime Minister congratulated the ambassador on assuming the post and wished him success in his future activities to develop and strengthen Armenian-Belgian relations further. Nikol Pashinyan highlighted the decision of the Belgian government to open an embassy in Armenia and expressed confidence that, as a result, the cooperation between the two countries will expand in all fields. The Prime Minister emphasized Beliga's support for the RA government in effectively implementing democratic reforms.

Eric de Muynck noted that he will make all efforts to continuously develop bilateral relations. The ambassador emphasized the promotion of trade and economic interaction and the implementation of joint projects in other areas.

The interlocutors expressed their belief that the close cooperation between Armenia and Belgium also contributes to the collaboration between Armenia and the European Union and its development.
