According to him, it is necessary to understand that the security system is the army and the border villages.
"Yes, they are shooting at our economy, and it is the fault of all of us, the result of all of us not working. Now is the time for all of us to atone for our sins. I don't want to refer again to the concepts of "former," "present," "past," or "future." I consider that every Armenian who does not strengthen the borders of the country has an obligation, a problem, and must solve it," he said.
