The RA MFA wrote on its X page:
"34 years ago in Baku these days, the massacres of Armenians became the peak of the policy of forced displacement and ethnic cleansing of the Armenian population of the Azerbaijan SSR. Hundreds of Armenians were killed, maimed, and disappeared, and half a million became refugees. RA MFA
We pay tribute to the memory of the innocent victims and emphasize the need to prevent such policies and uphold all rights."
34 years ago during these days pogroms against Armenians in Baku became culmination of policy of forcible displacement & ethnic cleansing of Armenian population from Azerbaijani SSR. Hundreds were murdered, mutilated & disappeared, half a million became refugees.
