"It is possible to plan the facilitation of the passage of cars, trains, and citizens." Khandanyan

Sargis Khandanyan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Relations of the National Assembly, referred to the possible dates for signing the peace agreement.

"Azerbaijan must accept the agreements that the Armenian side continuously records in the peace agreement. If they are not accepted, the contract cannot be signed.

Armenia will continue to insist on the principles, and I assume that in the latest version of the contract sent to Baku, there are very fundamental provisions for us."

He also noted that the treaty will be signed when Azerbaijan accepts the principles expressed in our version of the peace treaty. "One of those principles is the unconditional recognition of territorial integrity."

Khandanyan spoke about the process of unblocking, stressing that it is essential. "But that process has principles. They are the jurisdiction of countries, legislation, reciprocity, and equality. Those principles should be recorded in the agreement and during the negotiations, on which there was an agreement in July of last year," he said, adding that it is unacceptable to speak with a corridor logic after that.

"Within the framework of these principles, it is possible to provide certain facilitations for the passage of cars, trains, and citizens so that the fears and risks that exist both here and in Azerbaijan can be managed."
