"Our negotiations, by and large, have always been bilateral," announced the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan.
According to him, the representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan met in different capitals, and the third country organized these meetings to facilitate the process. Sometimes, they tried to devise constructive proposals or bridge the wording.
"However, the negotiations have always been bilateral, and we are interested in continuing the negotiations. We also had informal contacts, and we expect that in the near future, there will be an opportunity to have the agreement of the Azerbaijani side and continue the negotiations," he said.
