The Great House of Cilicia Catholicosara reported that Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati visited His Holiness Aram I.
"This morning, on January 5, Lebanese Prime Minister Najib Mikati visited His Holiness Aram I and met with His Holiness for about 1 hour. Naturally, during the meeting, issues directly related to Lebanon were discussed, especially the consequences of the Gaza war and the Lebanese presidential election.
"Prime Minister Mikati emphasized the importance of the positive role of the Armenians of Lebanon in solving the problems and challenges facing the country and expressed his willingness to be useful to the Armenians of Lebanon in case of any project," the message reads.
