On March 12, 2022, the Azerbaijani side announced that it had forwarded to Armenia a five-point document on the regulation of relations back in February. Two days later, on March 14, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan published the document declassifying these principles.
In response, the Armenian side announced that there was no unacceptable point for it, presenting a response consisting of 6 points.
Official Yerevan, responding to the proposals sent from Baku, turned to the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairmanship to organize negotiations for the conclusion of a peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
