The Secretary of the Security Council discussed issues related to security relations with the Foreign Minister of Iran.
Armen Grigoryan, the Secretary of the Council of Armenia, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Hossein Amir Abdollahian.
The interlocutors emphasized with satisfaction the importance of mutual respect between the two friendly countries and the continuation of the high-level political dialogue formed on the thousand-year-old brotherhood of the two peoples.
Issues related to bilateral economic and security relations were discussed at the meeting, within which both sides emphasized the deepening of RA-IRI cooperation and the implementation of practical steps towards the implementation of agreements in that direction.
The parties also referred to the "Crossroads of Peace" project presented by the Armenian government and emphasized the importance of long-lasting peace in our region.
