In an interview with the BBC, RA Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan said Azerbaijan shows reluctance to finalize the peace agreement.
"Azerbaijan can declare that it is interested in finalizing the peace treaty with Armenia, but, unfortunately, words are not enough; we must focus on deeds.
The fact is that Azerbaijan shows reluctance to finalize the peace agreement based on the principles supported by the international community," he noted.
