The Prime Minister and Gilbert Hungbo discussed labor market challenges
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the Director General of the International Labor Organization, Gilbert Hungbo. The Prime Minister emphasized the cooperation between the Government of the Republic of Armenia and the International Labor Organization, providing expert assistance by the organization, highlighting the problems in the field, and implementing the necessary regulations and reforms.
In that context, the interlocutors hoped the "promotion of social justice" would be held in Yerevan. Practical discussions within the framework of the international conference entitled "The Future of Work in the Current Period" will contribute to solving the problems in the field.
The Prime Minister referred to the government's steps towards solving the problems of forcibly displaced people from Nagorno Karabakh and emphasized the need for the international community's support. During the meeting, ideas were exchanged on social justice, the challenges of the developing labor market, and opportunities and steps to overcome them.
