"There has been no change in the arrangements. As of now, everything is going according to the arrangements. If you noticed, there were two circumstances: the prisoner exchange and the climate conference component.” Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said this today during the joint press conference of the Estonian Foreign Minister, answering the question about the return of prisoners.
"That conference officially ended yesterday, and today, we can already wait to implement the second component. There is no reason to say that the Azerbaijani side will not keep the agreements," emphasized Ararat Mirzoyan.
According to the minister, the issue of withdrawing troops from the Armenian-Azerbaijani interstate border was discussed. "We think it will have a positive effect and further possible escalations will be prevented."
