Edmon Marukyan, an ambassador with special assignments in Armenia, stated on Public TV that Azerbaijan has a working way with Iran; if they were satisfied with that communication, the history of connecting Nakhichevan through Armenia would not have happened.
"The road passing through Armenia is a more effective opportunity that should bring dividends and benefits to Armenia; Armenia should be unblocked, and the roads to Azerbaijan and Turkey should be opened. All the negotiations are about Armenia getting out of the embargo; all parties can benefit from it," said Marukyan.
He added that if the borders are opened, "Armenia's lungs will be able to breathe."
