On December 11, in Brussels, within the framework of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the EU, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ararat Mirzoyan, met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Xavier Bethel.
The interlocutors referred to the agenda of bilateral relations, which are already developing on solid foundations and based on shared values. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia emphasized that the decision to establish a diplomatic presence in Luxembourg as a resident office will further facilitate the deepening of the partnership.
Reference was made to possible bilateral mutual visits and issues of cooperation in the RA-EU format.
Thoughts were also exchanged on regional stability and security issues.
Presenting the "Crossroads of Peace" program developed by the RA government and the expected economic benefits for the region and beyond, Minister Mirzoyan also emphasized the role of this project as an essential guarantee of peace.
