According to the decision of RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Representative of International Legal Affairs Yeghishe Kirakosyan is sent to the USA.
"Guided by Article 7, Part 5 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "On the Structure and Activity of the Government" and taking as a basis the decision of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia No. 1230-N of September 19, 2018:
1. To send Yeghishe Kirakosyan, the representative of international legal affairs, to the United States of America (New York) on December 7-8, 2023, inclusive, for "The Universality of the International Criminal Court" to be held at the headquarters of the United Nations. "On the importance of ratifying the Rome Statute and the Agreement on the Privileges and Immunities of the ICC" to participate in the round table discussion, says the decision.
