During his working visit to the USA, the Secretary of the RA Security Council, Armen Grigoryan, met with the Deputy Secretary of Defense, Laura Cooper, at the US Department of Defense.
At the meeting, the parties discussed issues related to bilateral defense cooperation and emphasized the need to ensure the stability of our region. They exchanged ideas on the implementation of bilateral joint programs, cooperation within peacekeeping activities, and the deepening of interaction between the two countries' armed forces were emphasized.
The parties both emphasized the work aimed at increasing the democratic management and accountability of the RA Armed Forces.
