The Prime Minister sent a congratulatory message to the acting Prime Minister of Lebanon
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated Najib Mikati, Acting Prime Minister of the Republic of Lebanon, on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of Independence Day, the national holiday.
"I send you my warm congratulations and sincere good wishes on the 80th anniversary of Independence Day, the national holiday of the Republic of Lebanon.
Armenian-Lebanese relations have a rich history of friendship and cooperation that has passed the test of time, characterized by commonalities of civilization and culture, cultural bonds, and traditions of mutual support.
Our regions are currently going through a severe period of challenges and difficulties, and I hope that the peaceful coexistence and harmonious interaction of the states will continue to be the cornerstone of international relations.
With joint efforts, we will be able to deepen the existing high level of relations further and expand cooperation on bilateral and multilateral platforms, including regional issues.
Taking advantage of the opportunity, I wish you good health and happiness, and the friend of Lebanon to the people, long-lasting peace and well-being."
