In a conversation with journalists, RA NA Speaker Alen Simonyan referred to RA's non-participation in the CSTO summit and the criticisms surrounding it.
"When CSTO or other partners say we were ready, you don't want it, but where were they prepared? Where were they going to stand? Where were they going to take these actions if, at the same time, they say that the border between Armenia and Azerbaijan is not violated?" he said.
Alen Simonyan also mentioned, "RA is not going anywhere at the moment; we are going to ensure our security everywhere; that is our biggest problem."
