"The security mechanisms planned by Armenia did not come out effectively." Mirzoyan
"Azerbaijan has ambitions, territorial claims, or certain reservations regarding sovereignty when it comes to, for example, regional infrastructure," announced the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan. According to him, these fears exist; besides, Armenia has closed borders with two neighbors.
"We saw in several aspects, both politically and security-wise, that the security mechanisms planned by Armenia did not come out effectively. So, in terms of political dialogue, security, and economic interdependence, including energy interdependence, and, in general, in terms of values, Armenia is interested in deepening its ties and relations with the EU, its member states, and Germany. We see the realization of this both on the Armenian side and on the side of many European countries and the EU," said Ararat Mirzoyan.
