Armen Gevorgyan, deputy of the "Armenia" faction of the National Assembly, asked Deputy Foreign Minister Paruyr Hovhannisyan what political goal Armenia has regarding cooperation with the EU and whether they expect geopolitical changes from Armenia.
Paruyr Hovhannisyan said Armenia's goal is to develop relations and partnerships with the EU and its member states as much as possible. "It is a political goal, and there is a corresponding action plan for it."
Arman Yeghoyan, the chairman of the Standing Committee on European Integration of the National Assembly, said that according to his impression, the EU is pursuing a policy of establishing comprehensive relations in the South Caucasus. "He is trying to develop relations with South Caucasian countries jointly. Conducts regional politics."
