"The Granada Declaration reflects the foundations of a lasting, sustainable, dignified peace." minister

RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan stated that Armenia's peace agenda is the formation of at least peaceful, stable, close, cooperative, or friendly relations with the 4 neighbors of RA.

"In our deep conviction, this is the environment in which our country can and has a chance to continue to ensure its existence and development," he said.

Mirzoyan spoke about the meeting in Granada, in which, however, the President of Azerbaijan did not participate. "We had high hopes that a big step in this direction would be taken recently in Granada. Unfortunately, the president of Azerbaijan did not consider it appropriate to participate in that meeting. However, a quadrilateral meeting was held in Granada, as a result of which, in the end, a document signed by the 4 leaders came out, which largely reflects the foundations of a long-lasting, stable, dignified peace," he said.
