National Assembly Vice President Hakob Arshakyan stated that there are no accumulations at the border of Armenia.
"Recently, from the point of view of the change in rhetoric, certain positive changes should be noted," he said.
Regarding the prospect of concluding a peace treaty, Arshakyan said that more than Azerbaijan's steps were needed. "If there were enough of them, that document would have been signed. I hope that these steps will be sufficient shortly," he said.
Speaking about the boundary and distinction between the two countries, he noted, "There is only one original military map of the Soviet Union, and both Armenia and Azerbaijan have the opportunity to familiarize themselves with it."
