On October 28, in Malta, the Secretary of the Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met with James O'Brien, Assistant Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia, and Bertrand Buchwalter, Assistant to French President Emmanuel Macron.
The interlocutors discussed the security situation in the South Caucasus and ways to establish peace.
