Makunts presented the vision of building peace in the region to the US congressman

Lilit Makunts, RA Ambassador to the USA, met with Congressman Ami Bera (California, Democrat).

During the meeting, the consequences of Azerbaijan's attack on Nagorno-Karabakh on September 19 were discussed, in particular, issues related to the ethnic cleansing of NK Armenians and the support provided to them.

The ambassador presented to the congressman the main principles for sustainable peace in the region.
