Vahagn Khachaturyan arrived in Belgium at the invitation of Ursula von der Leyen
The President of the Republic, Vahagn Khachaturyan, arrived in the Kingdom of Belgium on a working visit at the invitation of the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, to participate in the "Global Gateway" conference to be held in Brussels on October 25-26.
The Global Gateway, launched by the European Commission, is a strategy that aims to promote intelligent, clean and safe connections in the fields of digitalization, energy and transport and to strengthen health, education, and research systems around the world. The Global Gateway brings together the efforts of the EU and its Member States to contribute to a sustainable global recovery, considering the needs of EU partners and the EU's interests.
Meetings of the President of the Republic with foreign partners are planned within the framework of the visit.
