Andranik Kocharyan, Chairman of the Standing Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly, stated that Armenia wants the Nagorno-Karabakh authorities to answer the questions the Artsakh Armenians are waiting for.
"Those authorities one day say, 'We signed,' one day they say, 'We didn't sign,' one day they say, 'These officials must remain officials, others must not remain,' and another says, 'We must let's break heads." I also say, no, Mr. Shahramyan, you are the president with 22 votes, the time has come to save heads, there should be no breaking heads," he said in a briefing with journalists.
Kocharyan emphasized that the President of Nagorno-Karabakh should decide whether he signed a document to dissolve Karabakh, "If Shahramanyan did not sign the document to dissolve NKR, why is he in Armenia? He should have held office in Nagorno-Karabakh; why did Artsakh Armenians leave their residence?"
