"Azerbaijan must first confirm participation in the Brussels meeting." The deputy minister

"To set a clear date for the Brussels meeting, I think it is necessary for the Azerbaijani side to first confirm its participation," Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan announced.
Turning to which Armenian proposals of the peace treaty Azerbaijan disagrees with, he said, "It will be proper to wait for Azerbaijan's reaction to the guidelines recorded in the Granada statement, after which it will be necessary to talk about the perspective of the general settlement process."
Kostanyan also noted that the constant change of formats raises severe doubts about whether Baku is interested in completing the peace process or simply trying to switch from one format to another, thus avoiding achieving concrete agreements.
