"We expect the EU's heavy support in overcoming several challenges," Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said at the press conference held after the meeting with the President of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola.
He emphasized that more than 100,000 forcibly displaced people from Nagorno-Karabakh arrived in Armenia. "We are talking about overcoming the humanitarian problems caused by the forced displacement of more than 100,000 Armenians in Armenia, where we urgently need support," he said.
He thanked the EU and the Council of Europe for continuously supporting Armenia's development agenda.
