On October 12, the Secretary of the Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, received Toivo Klaar, the EU's special representative for the crisis in the South Caucasus and Georgia.
During the meeting, the interlocutors touched upon the region's security issues and issues related to maintaining stability. The parties discussed preparations for the tripartite meeting planned in Brussels.
