Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin's statement that Moscow is considering the possibility of conducting negotiations between the foreign ministers of Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia within the framework of the CIS summit in Bishkek on October 12.
To remind, Galuzin noted: "Azerbaijan has already given the agreement in principle. "And we expect RA to approach this issue with full responsibility."
