The head of the European Council, Charles Michel, invited RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev to Brussels for a meeting at the end of October, TASS reports.
It should be noted that today in Granada, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, and European Council President Charles Michel had a four-way meeting within the framework of the third summit of the European Political Community.
