Hayk Konjoryan, head of the "Civil Agreement" faction, wrote on his Facebook page:
"A quadrilateral declaration was signed today in Granada, which once again recognized the territorial integrity of RA - 29 thousand 800 square kilometers. This is a necessary protocol, again confirmed by the EU, France, and Germany's signature at the highest level.
Now, the peripheral group of the agency network in Armenia has started another howl of arrogance. Everything is clear: the more robust the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the Republic of Armenia are recorded, the louder the roar of anti-state actors.
The Republic of Armenia will be independent and sovereign. And you will remain standing on the sidewalk of history with your lowly existence. Long live the Republic of Armenia."
